2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Refund for Prepaid Packages

Refunds for prepaid coaching packages are available under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation is requested within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • No coaching sessions have been conducted, or fewer than 10% of the package has been used.

2.2 Refund for Individual Sessions

Refunds for individual coaching sessions are available if:

  • The session is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • The session was not conducted due to issues on our end, such as technical difficulties or unavailability of the coach.

2.3 Refund for Customized Plans

Customized coaching plans, tailored to individual needs, may not be eligible for full refunds. Partial refunds may be considered if the cancellation request is submitted before the start of the coaching plan.

  • Description of the Service Purchased
  • Reason for Refund Request

3.2 Refund Review Timeline

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and respond within 7 business days to confirm eligibility and provide further instructions.

3.3 Refund Approval

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.


4. Conditions for Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and situations may not qualify for refunds, including:

  • Coaching sessions or packages that have been fully completed.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice (less than 24 hours).
  • Services canceled after the refund eligibility period (e.g., 7 days after purchase).
  • Customized plans that involve substantial preparation or one-on-one consultations already conducted.
  • Situations where dissatisfaction arises due to reasons beyond our control, such as lack of participant engagement or commitment to the coaching process.

5. Rescheduling and Credits

5.1 Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule it without penalty, provided that:

  • You notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling is completed within the validity period of the package or plan.

5.2 Credits for Future Use

In cases where a refund is not possible, you may be offered credit for future sessions. Credits must be used within 6 months from the date of issuance.


6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests outside the standard eligibility criteria may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Serious illness or emergencies that prevent participation in the Services.
  • Errors in billing or payment processing attributable to SAVESOUL LTD.

Such cases will require appropriate documentation, such as a medical certificate or proof of billing error.


7. Refund for Promotional Offers

Refunds for Services purchased under promotional discounts, special offers, or limited-time deals are subject to the following terms:

  • The refund amount will be based on the discounted price paid, not the original price.
  • Refunds for promotional Services may be restricted or excluded depending on the terms of the offer.

8. Refund for Group Coaching and Events

Refunds for group coaching sessions, workshops, or events are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
  • A full refund may be provided if the event is canceled by SAVESOUL LTD.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for cancellations made after the refund eligibility deadline.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
